Shadow People Hallway is the 2nd floor of the East Wing. The East Wing of the Asylum has three levels: Basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

At the end of this hallway is Jack's doors (solarium), where jack will block out the windows and you see feet walking under the door.

If you sit down by the solarium end of the hall, you will see shadows cross the hall or peak out of doorways. You may think it is your eyes playing tricks but everyone is seeing the same thing!

Now you focus at the very end by the ramps. You see the stairs going up to the infirmary level. You think there may be another team up there because you see someone peak around the door or walk across the doorway. Then you realize you just saw them leave your level and stomp down the stairs. ... no one is up there... at least not living!
